Makers of hand loomed garments that embody an old traditional skill and quality. Talented knitters create effects and fashioning by the hand-transfer of knitted stitches with craft. Experience the skill and wear our wool with joy.

The name Carbery originated in the early 10th Century from King of Ui Chairpri (Carbery), a forbearer of the present O'Donovan family. Amhlaoibh O'Donovan, who succeeded his father as king, moved to West Cork in 1177 and gave his name, Chairpri to the whole area of West Cork, known as Carbery to this day.
